India, Russia have common position and approach on Afghanistan: Envoy Venkatesh Varma

The Indian ambassador to Russia Venkatesh Varma said that India and Russia have a "common position, common approach" when it comes to Afghanistan as both countries are "particularly affected" by the developments in the war-torn nation.
