Series of cloud bursts hit J&K, Ladakh and Himachal killing 17, rescue operations on for missing persons

Around 17 people were reportedly killed and 24 missing due to cloud bursts and resultant flood-related incidents across Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh.
