SC asks EC to decide on Congress complaints against PM Modi, Amit Shah by Monday

Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi told SC that 11 complaints have been made before the EC against PM Modi and Amit Shah, but the poll body has taken decision on only two complaints so far.
