Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amit Shah have been holding marathon meetings to finalise the members of the new Council of Ministers including those who will be part of the Cabinet. Modi will be sworn in for a second term as the Prime Minister on Thursday at 7 pm in Rashtrapati Bhavan, along with members of the Union Council of Ministers.
