'Badhaai Ho' to be remade in Telugu and produced by Boney Kapoor

The producer has entered into South with Ajith and Shraddha Srinath’s upcoming film which is the Tamil remake of Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan’s 'Pink'.
