`Burqa-clad` man beaten up in Kolkata on suspicions of being child-lifter, 17 arrested

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had alleged that attempts were being made to disturb peace in West Bengal, with "burqa-clad men" being sent to streets to create panic amid rumours of child lifting.
